Refund, Cancellation, and Service Terms

Refund Policy

At JBD Computer Education Institute, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of service activation.
  • A full refund is applicable if the service/solution has not been accessed or utilized.
  • Partial refunds may be issued proportionally based on the duration of service used.
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 5-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your subscription or service under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement are eligible for a complete reversal.
  • For ongoing services, a 30-day notice is required for termination.

Service Delivery Policy

As a provider of digital educational solutions and services, our delivery is primarily electronic:

  • Login credentials or service access are delivered via email within 2-4 hours of payment.
  • Consultation services are delivered as per the scheduled time slots chosen by the client.
  • Any physical reports or documentation will be sent via registered courier (Standard delivery: 3-5 days).

Payment Terms

Transparent and secure transactions are the core of our business relationship:

  • All payments must be made in full before service activation.
  • We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
  • Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your registered email.
  • Failed transactions are resolved within 48 hours by our accounts team.
