User Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Course Enrollment

Course enrollment is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Course Availability

  • Courses are subject to minimum enrollment requirements
  • We reserve the right to cancel courses with insufficient enrollment

Payment Terms

All payments must be made according to the following terms:

  • Credit/Debit card payments
  • EMI options for eligible courses

Payment Schedule

  • 50% advance payment required at enrollment
  • Balance payment before course commencement
  • Installment plans available for courses above ₹15,000
  • Late payment charges may apply for overdue amounts

Payment Failure

Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of services, denial of access to course materials, and potential cancellation of enrollment.

Pricing and Changes

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Prices include applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice
  • Enrolled students are protected from price increases

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by JBD Computer Education Institute are protected by intellectual property rights:

  • Disrupting classes or online sessions
  • Recording classes without permission

Consequences of Misconduct

Violation of conduct rules may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent expulsion from our programs without refund.

Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and the institution:

Termination

Effect of Termination
